We ship all mail via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail. We will only ship to the provided address.
Please check your address to confirm it is correct. In the case that the address is incorrect you will be charged a $10 relabeling fee & you will have to re-pay the shipping fee.
Once payment has been received, then we will began to process your order.
We offer calculated shipping cost to provide the best rates possible. If by any chance you are overcharged for shipping, we will refund anything over $1.00 dollar.

When do orders ship?
Orders ship every MONDAY- FRIDAY
In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

All items are handmade and made to order. We do not except returns. If your items arrived broken or damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please email us your order number and pictures of the issue. We will evaluate and provide the best solution possible.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after order has been placed. Please contact us within that time frame so we can ensure it gets cancelled for you.

How long will it take to get my order?
Items take 3-7 business days to ship. Our OFFICIAL business days are Monday-Friday. From there items take 1-4 business days to get to you through USPS.
Why hasn't the status of my tracking number updated since being located at the post office?
Currently USPS is backed up, please allow time for them to get your package to you in a timely manner. Also be aware that once we give them your package we have no control over what happens with your order. If your order is lost or stolen please put in a claim with USPS.
My order has not been delivered, but is marked delivered by USPS. What do I do?
I would recommend waiting 2 days to see if they may have delivered your order. Sometimes if the time gets late they mark the order as delivered and they will deliver it the following morning. If not, please file a claim with USPS.
I placed a order and have not gotten a email confirmation. What do I do?
Sometimes confirmation emails are likely to end up in your spam folder.
Where is my tracking number?
Once your order is fulfilled and you have not received a tracking number sometimes tracking information is likely to end up in your spam folder. If you still have not received it please email us at
What if I have allergies?
Some of the oils I use are derived from nuts. I also use Avocado Oil which can cause a reaction to people with a latex allergy. Please be aware of any allergies you may have. All ingredients are listed so please make sure you are aware of what you are buying before you purchase. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
Why isn't my jar filled to the brim?
Most of our products are filled by weight, the only exception is liquids like the body oils and body washes. This means that your jar may not be completely filled to the top. However, the major reason we don't fill beyond the "threads" on the jar is because of shipping process and the expansion of products during shipment/weather temperatures. We ensure that your product will get to you safely without leaking by leaving just a bit of extra room in the jar. If you do receive a jar that is filled to the brim, it's because we make our items in small batches and sometimes whip just a little longer than needed - thus resulting in a more filled jar. You will always get the correct weight of product no matter what.
Can my product discolor?
Short answer, yes. Any product with natural herbs, colorants or even fragrance oils with vanilla have the tendency to discolor. We try our best to depict what the final product will look like, but our products are made in small batches and can differ slightly from batch to batch.
Are you products Gluten Free / Sensitive Skin approved?
We strive to make the best products and accommodate all skin types. However, we do make every product in the same location with the same equipment. This goes for nuts as well, we do make some products Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, etc. We always provide full ingredients lists in our product descriptions as well as on all packaging. We suggest checking out the ingredient lists and if you have any questions we are happy to help.
High temperatures and Melt Warnings?
With the nature of handmade beauty products, high temperatures may affect your final product. We use skin loving ingredients like Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, etc. They will melt in high temperatures. We use insulated mailers and ice packs to ship during the summer.
