Processing time 3-7 business days (before shipping) Monday-Friday (WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS) Orders normally take 2-4 days to deliver once scanned in by USPS. 
Order Shipping Time- First Class or Priority Mail 1-4 days
International Shipping - 7-21+ days outside of the USA. (USPS IS EXPERIENCING DELAYS) international orders can take up to 2 months to arrive via USPS during the busy season.
WHOLESALE  7-14 business days + 2-4 days once scanned in by USPS 
 We ship all mail via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail.   We will only ship to the provided address.
Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice. 
Please check your address to confirm it is correct. In the case that the address is incorrect you will be charged a $10 relabeling fee & you will have to re-pay the shipping fee.
 We offer calculated shipping cost to provide the best rates possible. If by any chance you are overcharged for shipping, we will refund anything over $1.00  dollar.
 We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We will be working on shipping worldwide soon. 

When do we ship?

Orders ship every MONDAY- FRIDAY
 In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.

What is our return policy?

All items are handmade and made to order. We do not except returns. If your items arrived broken or damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please email us your order number and pictures of the issue. We will evaluate and provide the best solution possible.

What if I have a problem with delivery?

Please contact USPS to find out more information about your parcel. You will need to provide your tracking number and package description. You can contact me to get more information on your package, and I will help you the best way I can.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after order has been placed. Please contact us within that time frame so we can ensure it gets cancelled for you.

I have a question about my order, how do I get in contact?

You can email at anytime. Please allow 24-48
hours to receive a response!

How long will it take to get my order?

Items take 3-7 business days to ship. Our OFFICIAL business days are Monday-Friday. From there items take 1-4 business days to get to you through USPS. 


Why hasn't the status of my tracking number updated since being located at the post office?

Currently USPS is backed up, please allow time for them to get your package to you in a timely manner. Also be aware that once we give them your package we have no control over what happens with your order. If your order is lost or stolen please put in a claim with USPS. 


My order has not been delivered, but is marked delivered by USPS. What do I do?

 I would recommend waiting 2 days to see if they may have delivered your order. Sometimes if the time gets late they mark the order as delivered and they will deliver it the following morning. If not, please file a claim with USPS.

I placed a order and have not gotten a email confirmation. What do I do?

Sometimes confirmation emails are likely to end up in your spam folder.

Where is my tracking number?

Once your order is fulfilled and you have not received a tracking number sometimes tracking information is likely to end up in your spam folder. If you still have not received it please email us at
